He is founder with his friend Pere Mercader of Veterinary Management Academia (www.vmacademia.com) as well as being co-author and Instructor of the VMA Veterinary Clinic Management Course • International Coach certified by the ICC and the Center for Executive Coaching (USA) He is the author of the book “7 keys to successfully manage the veterinary clinic”, translated into English, Polish, Chinese and Italian. He is Director of New Way Coaching, a company from which he has trained hundreds of veterinarians in Europe, Asia and Latin America in Leadership and Effective Communication (www.newwaycoaching.es) International speaker and speaker Ted Talk, works day-to-day with veterinary clinic owners and their teams to help them improve their communication, leadership and entertainment skills.
