Luigi graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology in 1999, in Rome at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza', she joined Pfizer Human Health in 2002 where she worked for 4 years in management training for the Sales Department and then until 2009 she moved to the Human Resources Department of Pfizer where she was responsible for the process of corporate performance management. From 2009 to 2012, she took on her first international assignment dealing with Talent Management and Culture Development for Pfizer Specialty Care Europe. From 2013 to today she had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of the Italian veterinary reality dealing with Customer Management and Key Account Management skills of Zoetis colleagues. Today in Zoetis she holds the role of Learning and Development Lead for Southern Europe.
