Graduated in Veterinary Medicine in Bologna in 1992, David decided to carry out a work experience in England working first in an equine clinic in Newmarket and then in a clinic for small animals in London. After six years, he decided to return to Italy to open his own clinic "Ospedale degli anima di Ferrara", a 24/7 facility based on the AngloSaxon model, offering first and second opinion services specialising in companion animals. The interest in managerial aspects related to the management of veterinary facilities is an important focus of study and research with several qualifications in Veterinary Business Management. He obtained the GP Cert in Practice Management and Administration in 2017 and founded the GP Cert (P.M.&A.) Course for SCIVAC in Italy where he represents Practice Management for ESAVS. A speaker at numerous national and international conferences, he has a particular focus on the study of "Sustainable Growth in the Vet Economy in the Pet Economy " with an emphasis on Team and Leadership . David's mission remains to help veterinarians develop successful facilities and systems that have a good work/life balance, while increasing the standard of care offered to pet parents and the welfare of all colleagues, clients, and pets.
