EACH Session
Dealing with resistanceProfessor of Communication Skills at the University of Ghent, she teaches students how to manage communication with clients as well as with colleagues.
Dealing with the 'difficult', emotional or altered client is one of the heaviest and most complex tasks for our doctors, just as it is difficult to collaborate between colleagues, to put up a united front and to work as a team in moments of extreme tension such as the emergency room.
Annelies Decloedt's teaching experience will be an important point of view and an added value for those who will follow her presentation as well as the other colleagues of the EACH VET Group who will be on stage with her on the afternoon of 4 December.
EACH (International Academy of Communication in Healthcare) is an international scientific society of human medicine that has, since this year, created an international veterinary study group that will be presented at the Florence Conference. Another reason to be present and participate in the official foundation of an international study group!
